Get to know us
Parker's HomeWatch was established in 2022 as a response to the frequent requests that I, Ryan, received from friends and neighbors to watch their homes on Anna Maria, Longboat Key, and Lido Key. As a local and full-time resident of Longboat Key, people felt safe knowing I was close by to keep an eye on their home.

After a few years, I thought, why not make it official? That is when Parker's HomeWatch was born.
I make it a point to be involved and stay involved through all the stages of the season and work hard on your behalf. I promise that I will treat your home like my own! Living in a one-story canal home, I am well aware of the anxiousness you likely experience with the temperamental Florida weather. My goal with Parker's HomeWatch is to look after your home to ensure that you can have peace of mind.
About Me
My name is Ryan Parker
Some of you might recognize me as the manager at the LBK UPS Store. As a Longboat Key native, I know the peace of mind that comes from someone being able to keep an eye on your home while you're away. ​
Having worked for several years in the home improvement and remodeling industry, I have a keen eye for any issues that commonly arise in homes and I can often detect minor discrepancies before they become greater issues. If I notice that something is out of place, I am usually able to figure out a temporary fix until we can get a long-term solution in place.
